About Dr. Havlovitz

Dr. Holly Havlovitz always knew she wanted a career involving animals. She grew up in the small town of Denmark with a multitude of pets including dogs, cats, rabbits, hamsters, and parakeets. While attending college, she considered a career in wildlife biology, but after volunteering many hours in veterinary clinics, she realized that veterinary medicine was what she really wanted to do.

Dr. Havlovitz received her DVM from the University of Wisconsin-Madison after graduating from UW Stevens Point, where she had majored in Biology and minored in Chemistry.

She worked in a small animal practice in Stevens Point before joining the team in 2001. She then become a partner at the Fredonia Veterinary Clinic.

Dr. Holly provides medical and wellness care for the small animal patients at FVC.

Dr. Havlovitz, her husband (Shane) and their 2 daughters (Kaylee and Brooklyn) live in Cedar Grove. They share their home with two dogs, four cats and two ferrets.

When not working Dr. Holly is a very involved Mom, wracking up the miles traveling for her daughters’ activities (dance and gymnastics). In her free time she enjoys horseback riding.
